Like restaurant owners, they manage risk, long hours, tight margins, and constant uncertainty, often while putting others first. MCFA’s Fishermen Wellness Program exists to support the mental health and well-being of commercial fishermen by connecting them to resources and people who understand the realities of life on the water. The program focuses on reducing barriers to care, increasing awareness, and supporting fishermen on and off the water.
